The perfect younger son; minds the horses and says the right things.

Nestor's youngest son, sent along as Telemachus' companion for the land journey to Sparta — a friend his own age, the first he has had. He drives the chariot, smooths the introductions, and manages the polite escape from Menelaus' hospitality on the way home.
